Infrastructure that comes first.
Why “Alder”
Alder is a pioneer tree. It grows first on open ground and builds the soil the rest of the forest needs.
That is how we think about compute. The models everyone talks about stand on a layer almost nobody sees: land, power, cooling, steel and fiber, put together with care. We build that layer, and we run it.
Cut alder turns from pale to a deep orange-red within minutes. The ember in our mark — and on this site — marks the things that carry energy: power, data, heat.
01 — Principles
How we work.
01
Own the whole path
Site, power, cooling, racks, fabric, storage and software — one team accountable for all of it, so problems never fall between vendors.
02
Build for liquid
Today’s accelerators are liquid-cooled machines. We design halls, loops and operations around that, not around legacy air.
03
Measure, then hand over
Every cluster is burned in and benchmarked — NCCL, storage, thermals — before a customer runs a single job.
04
Say it, then ship it
We quote dates we can keep. Capacity is real hardware in a real hall, not a promise in a queue.
02 — Careers
Build the layer everything else stands on.
We hire data-center engineers, network and HPC specialists, and operators who like hard physical problems.
